Tu peux dire quand tu vois quelqu'un qui te fais vraiment pitié, ou que tu viens de gagner au loto et que t'as envie de partager avec pleins de gens qui en ont besoin.

I don't usually give money to someone in the street but in some case, I could give them something else.
Sometimes, people asking for money in the street aren't always in financial difficulties but only want to have more money at the end of the month. I think I don't have to give them money.
In Eastern countries, a big problem is that some rich people exploit poor people. They must beg on the street and give back a part of the money to the rich people. So I don't give money.
In some case, I give something to eat to the poor people. If they accept, they really want to be helped and so I give them something but if they don't accept, it's not necessary to give them money.

Wiz ze actualle financiale crise of toudaye, it is not possible tou give moneille annie mord. So I prifeure kîp it and put it on my banque acounte (OMFG ze banques are crashing at ze moment)
